Apparently they were all him shooting at the police. The police never returned fire. Very impressive discipline not to.

I'm very curious about who was pulling his and his brother's strings. It's awesome that they caught him alive and can now interrogate him. Personally I think he should be fast tracked into the military justice system, not the one reserved for normal citizens. He should be declared an enemy combatant and treated as such. It's really a shame, this guy was in medical school and just threw it away for stupid ideals formed by some ass backward Arab.

Anytime you see Islamic terrorism by an individual or groups, its always some ****** behind it in one way or another. They turned these guys who had pretty good lives into extremists and I suspect they'll keep doing it unless they're taken out. Problem is the US won't attack Saudi Arabia and these other countries that are sponsors of this fanatical sect of Islam.

In a way I feel like he's a pussy for not, but on the other hand I hate it when they do that because you can't even get any info out of them, plus they can't live with themselves that way. Hes only eligible for the death penalty for federal crimes.

Hes likely eligible for at least one federal death penalty count for bombing a place of public use(possibly three). The MIT officer is a state charge(thus no DP because MA doesn't have it) unless the officer was assisting the Feds when he died.

Either way hes going to a Federal SuperMax facility where he will serve his time in solitary confinement. He will never see another inmate. The question is whether he is going to be there for 10 years and then get the needle, or if he is going to spend decades in solitary confinement until he dies of natural causes/suicide.
