Is it somewhat easy to find a single ticket outside of Fenway? I know I will pay markup and it will be harder as it's the ALCS but do people sell tickets in front of the stadium?

I have had troubles in Chicago(Sox) and Texas(Strangers) buying tickets on the street as it was illegal to even sell tickets for Face Value.

I just want to see what people think my chances are.

There are always scalpers on the streets. You can't walk to a game without running into one.

scalpers will take an arm and a leg, and there's every chance the tickets will be fakes.

Day of the game, go to the box office at 10am. They sometimes will set aside a few tickets for sale then(mostly single seats).

I can't remember where but there is a section along the park where tickets can be sold at face value.

For regular season game w/ sucky teams maybe. For ALCS against a kickass team like the Rays, yeah I don't think so.

Nope, they do it for every game. However, there will probably be people popping up tents the night before waiting in line.
