I think Trump looks age appropriate fit which is surprizing since he lives on mostly a fast food diet. He's spoke about it too. He likes the cleanliness standards of McDonald's and KFC, he eats because he has to. Trump doesn't have much joy over food and he prefers food to be quick and simple to eat. Trump doesn't appear to have time to exercise either, I bet its like food he feels its a waste of time.
I do realize he's not eating junk food and sitting on the couch all day. Still an interesting view of Trump.

He's even suggested he wouldn't host state dinners if he could get away with it. He hates elaborate meals and feels snacks are better for keeping the discussion on business at hand.
