I purchased an Antec power supply from NewEgg back in July as part of a new system build. The purchase came with a $30 mail-in rebate. The rebate was submitted, all requirements were met, and I got a $30 check from Antec last month. The check was deposited to my checking account.
I just got my monthly bank statement and received a notice that the check from Antec HAD BOUNCED! On top of that, my bank charged me a "returned check" fee due to Antec's screw up!
I tried calling Antec and got no answer; I assume they are closed for the Thanksgiving holidy.
What recourses do I have? Can I complain to where I purchased the P/S from?
Needless to say, I AM PI$$ED!!!
