We have mostly a one-sided report right now, so it bears consideration.

however, reading that anonymous post did have me question the validity of the poster, who seems to go out of their way in praising the new principal of the school.

It could very well be the son of the principal just tossing shit out there to vindicate his father. Who knows. Still, we live in a jump-to-conclusions type of public court these days. It's clear to me that the title of the article/thread were directed towards a specific emotional grab.

It's funny, they did see a naked 15 year old, therefore - they are guilty of looking at a minor. By default, that law was broken so they should be charged guilty.

Okay go to youtube now, shove in Christian Adamek. There is an uncensored vid from four days ago with a bit from the principal. It says the school did recommend this kid have a heari within the court system.

Those who talk about the law as if it is some kind of defense for an over zealous bureaucrat sound desperate. It is one's moral duty not to push people toward punishment for unjust laws.

The school didn't let it go. If they had, they would have brushed the incident off, told the kid not to do it again, gave him detention for a week and been on their merry way. Sure they're "following the rules", but they will have been more than happy to apply as much resources as possible to making an example of this kid as they can. I have four kids in this very school system - they take ZERO tolerance to extremes. Example: You forget your gym shorts, you're sitting in ISS for the day. I am NOT joking.

I would describe that person as typical in this modern society.

Then the fault lies with the lawmakers and the idiots who elect the lawmakers. The school administrators did NOTHING wrong. They're the only ones who are NOT wrong in this scenario and not so coincidentally they're the ones that the ATOT idiots want to be at fault.

I was standing about 10 feet away from a kid that "streaked" (in his briefs just like the kid in the article). I don't remember what the event was, it was on the football field, but it was during the day so it wasn't game. It was surreal watching him strip down and take off running.

It looked like the girl he was standing next to talked him into it. Seems like he should have made it conditional on her joining him.

This makes no sense because kids are seen on beaches and at pools with tiny bathing suits on, speedos. So I don't agree with you. I still don't understand why everyone is saying this is a one sided article. They included the principle and administrations side on the article.

My friend in highschool met a gf he was with for over a year on a dare. Another friend offered him 20 bucks to strip down to his boxers and go ask her out like nothing was weird. We were in the middle of downtown surrounded by people and yet no one was arrested.

I think the real lesson here is don't send your kid to public school. They are fucked up places where small mistakes end in tragic consequences with no regard for the mind set of the kids they supposedly exist to benefit.

Our country has gotten to the point of absolute ridiculiciousness with regard to this sort of shit.

It's PC crap off the rails, and too much paranoia about sex, and a million other factors which are all best summed up as a massive pussification of society.

Somewhere along the way in the system, and probably several points along the way, some official should have had the discretion and sense to prevent this kid from ending up punished in any way other than perhaps a 5 day suspension or something.

That the system allowed him to end up on a sex offender list for what he did... at his age... is mind-explodingly stupid.

Obviously, he should not have killed himself, and should have instead worked to draw attention to this issue and bring into focus how absurd some of this shit has gotten. In death, perhaps he will do so even more effectively than he could have alive, that's the only silver lining possible here.

And as others have said, I'm not normally for the big lawsuit crap, but I hope his parents end up on a sex offender registry for completely raping the school and state and anyone else they can.
