well everything was fine and he keeps saying he's sorry and then he finally admited the truth to me of why he was acting like that. he said its ok if i dont trust him anymore. he wasnts everything back to normal. i dont know what to do.

Well when you get older you will understand... anyone who doesn't feel the same way about you as you feel for them is just wasted energy, which is what this situation is telling me given the details. You're better off finding someone who is your equal or close to your equal: mentally (maturity level) and physically (someone who always wants to hold/kiss/touch u etc.).
