1) Best Buy.com advertises games for preorder and yet does not ship them on time. I had this happen on 4 games, 2 not popular.
2) Best Buy.com does NOT offer exchanges. This is a serious problem. If an item is on sale, and breaks within a few days, but the sale is over, prepared to be engaged in a major hassle with an Indian call center. Usually a Best Buy brick and mortar store manager will help, but Best Buy.com is impossible to communicate with.
3) BBest Buy.com uses an off-shore call center. These employees are difficult to communicate with and do not help or clearly and thoroughly communicate the information that you give them.
I have had excellent experiences at Best Buy store, but I do not recomment Best Buy.com to anyone, even if there are good prices. You are risking many hours of hassle if something out of the ordinary happens.
