Aw, my post was deleted? Guess it understand. But I just found out that loser was the same guy who bought 150 or 160 of those $15 portable cd players when buy.com had them on clearance. And he has the audacity to sell his products right in the for sale forum(shakes head).

Dug this up from my egghead account order in february. They had charged my credit card already(that's a legal contract then) for the cd-r's, then cancelled my order, even though the coupon I used did not have a minimum requirement. Start reading from the bottom up:

READ THE REST OF THE MESSAGES IN THIS SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER. God, I feel like I'm dealing with the customer service of Best Buy here. You can bet I'll be going to all the online ratings sites and giveing egghead.com about a 0.0001 rating.

Did you read that? The part about NO MINIMUM REQUIREMENT? It was listed under this customer service request number. Maybe if you guys actually cared about your customers, you wouldn't have so many angry customers. You said you'll send my order twice, and I expect it to be sent. It has been almost three weeks since I placed my order which was not required to meet any minimum and you guys don't even intend to send, even after assuring me you would? I had better get my order and you can bet the Better Business Bureau will hear about this.

Hey guys, I just got my 3com watch and it looks nothing like I thought I remembered it to be. Does anyone have a working link or copy of the page? The original link doesnt work. As well, the one I got is nothing like ppl are describing in the threads.. Mine does not have indiglo (or any light), does not have water resistancy, and did not come in a cool tin or anything. Don't buy from Lanmarket.com, bastards told me my order shipped the next day after i ordered. couldn't get a tracking number from them. i tried calling them, left like four msg on their machine (their customer service queue system, makes you think your gonna talk to someone then bam, the void) finally after leaving a msg weeks back, someone calls me to insure that my order has already shipped. I ask for a tracking number he says, "oh i don't have that right now, i'll call you back in an hour with the info" ok i said, so i wait and i wait. then another weeks passes by, so I decide to call again leave a nasty msg then they call me back. I asked where is my tracking number? he responds, that the order has not shipped yet? wtf, i would have been fine with this, cept for the fact that they never told me that the stupid item was on back order. Then when i asked them what type of customer service is this? he laughed at me, then said you only ordered some stupid nic cards, you business doesn't count anyways. then he said look, do you want me to cancel or not. i couldn't believe this guy, never in my life have i been treated with such disrespect. In the end a month and half after i was told my order was shipped the package came to my door with a next day air sticker on it. Sad part they could have shipped it grounds and it would have gotten here the same time. I'm only like ten mins from them. So please Help a brother out, please don't buy from them.

bought some keyboards local for $1 each (rma returns) they work great,
gaming can be rough on the keys. they have some old network cards real
cheap too. the kind with the round twist on cable, anyone know what they are worth?

Goog40, I went through the same exact crap you did with Egghead. I talked my way up to the regional manager. The reply was the same. Nothing I said mattered to them. It was like they were telling me a recorded answer. I told them they lost me as a customer as well as alot of other people and I haven't shopped there since. I don't ever plan to, no matter the deal. Their customer service sucks. I feel sorry for everyone who had to deal with them.
