i got physical mail from Prime Peripheral and i thought it was the rebate... but its not, it said

WTF? why would they need your email address? what if some people without acess to the internet does not have an email address?

I looked and they claimed that my purchase date did not fall within the specified dates.
(3/18 - 3/20)

I called office max, got my order info, and talked to someone at rebateshq and they fixed
the information.

They wanted me to mail them the info again. I asked for a supervisor, gave them the order date, order number
and they changed my status. After talking to them, I really do feel they were trying every way possible to
avoid paying me the rebate.

This is why I hate good things that happen @ Staples, CompUSA, and Fry's.
None of them are near me. Closest CompUSA is an hour and a half if there is no traffic in Atlanta(yea right). Same with staples. And Fry's, well, the nearest Fry's is 6 or so states due west in Texas.

I got a NEC FE700+ for $150 by pricematching @ CompUSA and a $50 rebate. I pricematched the NEC FE700(older model) from staples. It was a decent deal...

crappy Iomega never sent me all the rebate checks for the Iomega 12x10x32 cdrw drives (yea, you know what I'm talking about). Got like only 2 out of the 5 rebates since I bought 5 drives, and it saids there is a limit of 10 rebates per house hold, so it's not like I did anything wrong or anything. Anyone have any idea how I can get them to send it, cuz it's around $90 worth and losing 90 dollars isn't err...nice.

I noticed that I got my rebates after calling three times, each time being told it was mailing on a certain date, I think they monitor if you call , then mail the rebate after 2 or 3 calls.
cendyne was one, and acer another (from BB and amazon in november).
I also got my compaq rebate for $100 no hassles at all.

I've given up on getting my $11.99 rebate for that ugly clock from cyberrrebate, but I *did* get free golf balls, jelly beans, and my $25 Amazon gift certificate in the mail. So I guess it evens out...

Never buy a monitor from UBid.

1st they charged me over 3x what it really cost to ship the monitor ($84 vs $23) and

2nd It arrive with half the screen severely distorted.

I just got a new condition Kodak DC240 from eWanted for $170! Sure the guy took 2.5 weeks to send it, and he said he was going to France so I almost had Paypal retract the payment, but I got my camera now! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it's pretty and fun. Where's the damn AC Adapter though. Two sets of batteries but no AC adapter. Still very pretty. =)

P.S. Why is it that when new digicams come out, prices of old models don't go down??????? WTF?
