I been through a lot with them in order to get my rebate.
Their rebates are almost scams, you cannot call them cause they won't answer the phone. The only way to communicate is email and they will give you lame excuses to avoid helping you. There are a bunch of morons and scam artists at work here.
Here is the text from my email converstaion with them, you can draw your own conclusions. BTW I got my rebate in a week after I threatened their ass. (I have removed my work email add and other personal info for privacy reasons)

If you people have your rebates send to gazillion different locations and cannot keep track of what products went where by the product model or type, don?t expect the customers to keep a record of everything. BTW, I thought it was customer service's job to find that out, which is why it is called "customer service"; don?t expect me to go through hoops to find out that info for you. YOU SHOULD have the technology in place to track the rebates by Name, Address or Phone No's like all major companies in the market do. This is not the first time I have applied for a rebate, I have yet to come across a company that will ask for information such as Mailing address and Dept #, and this is unacceptable.
It was my mistake that I bought products from a company that is still using technology from the Neanderthal age and is irresponsive, inconsiderate, and plain lousy when it comes to responding to customers in a friendly or positive manner and solving their problems.
If you cannot solve a problem at least be creative in suggesting other ways to deal with the issue instead of answering with a NO, I cannot do this and I cannot do that.
I will wait for 1 more week before I begin a PR campaign to inform all users on the Internet about my experience, and will advise them to avoid products from your company like the Plague.

I do not have that information as mailing info was listed on the original rebate receipt which I mailed to Buslink, I have the original product receipt from Best buy but it does not list the mailing address.

I submitted my rebate information 10 weeks ago for a USB 2.0 External CDRW drive Model number - UII-RW40E, I have still not received my rebate for this product and wanted to check the status of the same. I left a message on the 800 number provided on the receipt but have not received any response yet.
