I don't have any hands on use with it, but the mist likely place to find information about this technology and any testing related to it will be a hospital. If you go to the emergency room or make an appointment and explain your concerns they should be able to do something.

I forgot what another article had but it did say that they could remotely move blood in your brain and pickup on its frequency's remotely. By swishing around the blood in your head they could possible cause a person to feel many things. And by picking up certain frequency's they could pickup on speech and other things thought. That technology was about 2 years ago.

The links you found don't say anything about being able to put voices into people's minds, and you won't find any that talk about this technology.... because it isn't even close to existing.

If you truly believe that nothing's wrong with you, what's the harm in going to see a therapist? The therapist will be able to confirm that there's nothing wrong with you, and then you can get some better help finding the technology because you will have proof that you are not psychotic. No one will believe you until you get checked out by a therapist first, as the most likely explanation for the voices is that the stress you have been through recently has caused some problems.

It is possible. Keep in mind, your ex girlfriend wasn't the one giving you the orgasm if you "asked for it", you gave it to yourself.
