As soon as I saw the thing I thought of a good answer. Basically it is something like:

"The weather condition is heading south" (or going downward, or whatever words you want to use for getting worse).

It really isn't that difficult at all. If saben107 was thinking of something else, then it is a really poor problem since there are multiple good answers.

i actually do not know the answer to this...its a brainteaser that i couldn't figure out and decided to post on here. and the answer that you gave is pretty good and it's true that there are multiple answers to this. i myself thought of deteriorating weather condition or spread out weather condition.

i didn't say there was anything wrong with downdraft. its a good idea...i just take the answers that i've gotten and think about it...see if it fits. and if you think it fits. then so be it.
