OK, tried a safe mode DDU uninstall, and reinstall, no luck.
Any more ideas ?
it's not supported look at the pic i put up.
Well, others seem to disagree, but with my experience, I guess I have to agree. So one more reason to never buy AMD ever again.
That's badgering you? Also if you're using F@H I was always under the impression that Nvidia was the way to go, almost common knowledge at this point? I would imagine you can easily return the card and get Nvidia hardware.First, this box and many other in my house do nothing but F@H,
So you are telling me that Nvidia works fine, but to use AMD I have to spend another $150 to upgrade the OS.
Please try an argument that holds water, and please try to help. not badger me.
Don't understand the hostility. Have you considered Linux?Well, I am done here. you guys are worthless for support. Yes, its an AMD card, but the documentation says it works for XP 32 bit.
Thanks for nothing.

And I'll give you anything you desire if you find actual documentation, release notes of these 2 drivers.
According to this logic, upper driver does not support a single GPU.
And yet you can arrive at that page by choosing r9 2xx and windows XP 32bit,
not to mention that R9 200 is in actual driver inf file

i don't care what the inf says or how you get there.
amd says supported devices are the 260x and 7790.
Yes, but this was a great deal, and I was told it would do almost the same PPD as my 780 but for half the price ! But I guess I was wrong about the decision. And linux is a nightmare on F@H
im talking about 9.00.100.
same pic(yours)
going by what AMD says isn't worth much is what i'm saying
because they don't say much(no release notes), or they say it wrong (bungled OS/GPU web installation procedure)

all amd drivers pages are like that...
there are release notes you have to google them.

So no 290x support for that driver that I see ?
So no 290x support for that driver that I see ?
No. This will be the same with basically any card using a newer GPU XP support is understandably dropped. So no 290x support for that driver that I see ?
