Personally I thought it was more of a case of while hes gained his empire, hes lost everything that mattered to him. When you remove the reason he was doing it in the first place (his kids are living somewhere else, his wife wishes his cancer back) its not hard to see him realizing he needs his life back.
Cancer or not, I think it really hit him with Skylar showed him all the money they had.
Could you imagine that locker on Storage Wars
I'm not sure why everyone keeps saying the brotherhood's gonna go after Walt. It was a one time deal and their business is done.
yeah, i agree with this. there wasn't exactly any sort of character development or anything to suggest they play any major role other than doing a job.
Having someone for a family function isn't the same as telling a cop at the door "Yes you can come in and look around".Just for the sake of argument, you're still wrong. That's why police ask if they can come into your house if they suspect anything. Once you say yes, what they find inside is fair game. Walt invited Hank over for dinner... unlawful not found.
i think most people assume that the bank lady told the DEA about all the boxes including the 1 he put the large sum in for her. granted she only opened it once but she may have remembered the number

Saul would win that one. Walt is covered by the 4th amendment...
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
The book would be ruled "fruit of the poisonous tree".

As BrokenVisage posted earlier, The Candy Lady in Old Town Albuquerque is selling meth candy (blue rock candy) for $1/bag, available online +$10 shipping.
local story
If there are enough takers I'd be willing to take orders for people here via PM and paypal, go pick the contraband and ship them to people at cost - $1 per bag +tax +bubble envelope or box +usps postage.
Send me a PM if interested with how many you might be interested in. No promises yet, as it will depend on interest warranting the time/gas investment. I'm not over there often, altho ironically passed by them today. Once confirmed it would require paypal pre-payment before making the purchases.
Only condition...you have to have previously posted in this thread to qualify (or atleast be a previously established member of this forum). I'm not looking to run a non-profit meth candy operation for the intarweb's Breaking Bad fan base.
(fwiw heatware)
Would Walt buy his candy? No he'd make it himself. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/hard-candy/ Blue food coloring, and skip the powdered sugar on top.
In high school, I wore the same shoes as Walt. What comes around, goes around.
Saw this "Breaking Bald" pic on Reddit. Always thought it was funny that most of the people on the show have no hair.
This one also got a laugh.
