Go read the Vegas thread plenty of info there about how gun ownership is more dangerous.
Go read about Mexico and how defacto banning of guns hasn't stopped gun violence.

I'm not comfortable with you having a gun. Was that your real question? So, you're comfortable with only the government having guns with Trump in the White House. Have I got it right?
Eh, if everyone was armed, I'm sure it would help in some cases and hurt in others. Case in point, that crowded movie theater shooting from a few years back--a dark theater full of pistol-wielding do-gooders would probably have done way more damage than what actually happened. Then in other cases, possibly this one, it could help prevent more deaths.
Take away the guns, there still will be mass murder. Give everyone guns, same. Regardless of what the rest of the world does, the 2nd amendment isn't going away...even Obama, he of the FEMA death camps, couldn't manage to take 'em all away!
As long as this country has a collective mental health problem that appears to be getting worse, the killings will get worse. Not an easy problem to solve. Personally I'd start by recommending people not stay glued to the fricking cable "news" all day long, it's like an anxiety IV.
SCOTUS disagrees with you. That's because the second amendment isn't about individual rights, its about states rights.
Me, ch33zw1z. I want guns banned. I'm clear that won't ever happen but if I could somehow miraculously manage it I would ban guns.i havent seen members here want to outright ban guns, i dont think thats the answer
Did anyone else notice how the victims were all overweight, even the kids? Would they not be better off getting some physical activity on Sunday morning instead of sitting in a pew? Seems to me like we can help address both church shootings and obesity, while preserving our sacred gun rights.
Damn dude.Did anyone else notice how the victims were all overweight, even the kids? Would they not be better off getting some physical activity on Sunday morning instead of sitting in a pew? Trumps america, say whats on your mindDamn dude.
he can name his memoirs "fat chance?"Deep thoughts by Senseamp.
So, you're comfortable with only the government having guns <snip>
just imagine a world where that could be, then cover it in shit, hate, envy, lust, fear, pain, vengeance, religious nutters, and that healthy dose of reality reveals why your utpoia wont happen.Me, ch33zw1z. I want guns banned. I'm clear that won't ever happen but if I could somehow miraculously manage it I would ban guns.
this is already true. it's not a case of "you got a gun, i got a gun". your AR won't help you defend yourself if the government wants to take you.
I was shocked the Lautenberg Amendment didn't cover military charges. It makes absolutely no sense.
LOL, I don't believe in utopia. Humans aren't designed to achieve it or experience it. That's exactly why guns should be removed.just imagine a world where that could be, then cover it in shit, hate, envy, lust, fear, pain, vengeance, religious nutters, and that healthy dose of reality reveals why your utpoia wont happen.
dare to dream. commendable
