Convoluted? It was straight forward but the moron answered a question that wasn't asked. He even looked like he realized it after he was done talking. As for Flynn, I'm hoping I'm not disappointed. I may disagree with Republicans but debate is healthy. This Administration however is sick and they mean to wreck what ever does not feed their bank accounts and their need for power and unquestioned rule. There is a distinct difference between them and the average Republican. You don't see it? Name & substantiate the alleged traitorous deeds. Do not assume that the Admin's story is in anyway the truth. All we know for sure is that Trump canned him.
Substantiate the notion that he has nothing to offer the FBI. He might hand Comey Trump's head on a plate for all we know. Or not.
The deeper issue is whether or not we want people complicit with Russian interests & propaganda efforts running our country & whether or not that's what's happening. Flynn is out, disgraced, so I'm entirely willing to see who else he might drag along with him.
I think the world deserves to preserve this bond villain, to lock him up now and throw away the keys is just missed oppertunity towards the stories that will emerge down the road. I say grant him immunity and let him rat out all the other rats.. Is this guy a misguided patriot or a psychopath.. will he continue to serve an ideology or serve himself.. what is this guys profile?
I'd support limited immunity...IF his information is good enough that it results in prosecutions and convictions...or impeachment.
Otherwise, it might just be a rat's way of escaping a closing trap. (OR, misinformation spread by the Trumpsters/Russians to divert attention from something important)
He'll be granted immunity, and he'll dime out one or more people underneath Trump well enough for them to likely be convicted. They won't, they'll just get 'retired', and Trump will announce that the system works, and that Russian 'spies' were found and dealt with. America.
