Someone already made a similar point, but I'll take it a bit further. If there was a very common type of plastic surgery that was performed on men that could do as much to enhance your appearance and likely your confidence as a result, would you consider it? I think it's a bit too easy to have a negative image of something that will never be an option for you. Cheap, blonde bimbos with overinflated balloons on their chests does nothing to improve that image. Tastefully done, however, I can understand why a woman would pursue this, though unless she looks like a 12 year old boy before the surgery, it's clearly motivated by vanity. Be careful and good luck.
