So, Incorruptible claims that he's not anti-Muslim, only anti-extremist Muslim. His claims don't seem to match reality, unless he thinks that all Muslims are extremist Muslims.

How many times do I have to say this, I am against radical Muslims but have no problem with moderate Muslims.

Show me one post where I attacked moderates, I only went after the radicals.

Honestly a lot of the folks here pilling up on incorruptible are getting just as annoying.
While in the free world some burkes are probably worn by women who choose to wear them in other countries it is a form of male dominance and women have no choice.

They can't accept it that I am going against the radicals. Why is it some of the supporters of the burka are the same ones who attack Christians they could at least be consistent instead of hypocrites.

A woman wearing a burka shouldn't get to pass through airport security and special allowances while others don't.

What I don't understand is why he thinks it being religious or not matters.

If someone wants to wear a veil that's up to them, shouldn't matter if it's a religious thing or not.

Because they say it's part of their religion and that it's protected. The truth is it's not part of the religion. People can't wear masks so why is it alright for them to wear the burka? Double standards.

You're attacking the practice of wearing burkas. Thus, while you say "I am against radical Muslims but have no problem with moderate Muslims." your actions say something else.

Also, someone above quoted the Quran. Thus, you are completely wrong: "Because they say it's part of their religion and that it's protected. The truth is it's not part of the religion. People can't wear masks so why is it alright for them to wear the burka? Double standards."

"Tell the faithful women that they must keep their gaze focused below, on the ground and cover their sexual organs. They must not put their beauty and their jewelry on display. They must hide their breasts behind a purdah. They must not exhibit their beauty to anybody except their husbands, brothers, nephews, womenfolk, servants, eunuch employees and children. They must not move their legs briskly while walking because then much of their bodies can get exposed." (Sura Al Noor 24:31)

"Oh prophet, please tell your wives and daughters and faithful women to wear a covering dress on their bodies. That would be good. Then nobody can recognize them and harass them. Allah is merciful and kind." (Sura Al Hijaab 33: 59)

So your ok with it for religious reasons but it becomes a security risk if it's for cultural ones?

Anything isn't part of the religion. Nowhere in the Quran does it require the burka but it requires modesty. Many Muslims have stated this before and it's used by men to control women and women who are brainwashed. Do we allow men to go to an airport with a mask? No

Yes, it is part of the religion, as long as someone believes it is part of their own observance. That's how religion works.

Do you believe that violent Jihad is not actually a religious belief, because many Muslims have interpreted Jihad in the Quran to be a non-violent struggle?

Just to be clear: who do you think gets to decide what is and isn't part of someone else's religious beliefs?

His Kindergarten class doesn't let out until 6pm. So, he isn't here yet.

As amusing as that was, I WISH he were in kindergarten. They can learn when proven wrong. I'd also make the joke that he's in his group therapy session, but again that's another I wish scenarios. I fully feel he needs therapy and is not getting it.

He's still reeling over the new "arab" Miss America.

He isn't quite sure what to do with himself at this moment, hence his reluctance to post.

I am against the burka and I have talked to moderate Muslims who say that it's not part of Islam. I don't consider the burka part of the religion and I would consider it a more radical belief.

Since when does Indian mean the same as Arab? I know you're an idiot but I have no problem with brown people. I got no problem with the new Miss America and congratulate her.

Again, your thoughts on it don't matter.

But for the third try. Do you agree that their decision to wear it is protected by the Constitution? It's a simple yes or now.

The Constitution doesn't apply in England.

No no we are talking overall. Since you've brought up airports and everything else which also has nothing to do with this story. So again. Do you agree the right to wear a burka is protected by the Constitution in the United States?

Well considering many are forced to wear it and they can't wear it on private property then no.

Many Muslim women choose to wear cultural dress. Should we ban them from exercising their right to express themselves?

Again, just because we are talking about Muslims doesn't mean we should make special cases where someone isn't allowed to have the same constitutional right as everyone else.

And once again, you are forgetting where the guest are!....they are in a host country, where there is fear of their fanatical brethren hiding themselves behind womens clothing, like the cowards they are.....If they wish to express themselves, they can always return whence they came.....This is the same country that had to put their foot down when sheik's (sp) got a stay of law about wearing helmets while on bikes.....

Dont get caught up in constitutional rights, thats half of America issues!..their is no such thing in England. The rights of the many out weight those of the few.....

Burkas are allowed but Crosses and Christmas is told to pipe down. I really love this political correctness that comes from multiculturalism.

I can see the only resolution to the problem is to ban all religious symbols or clothing. Anyone displaying or wearing such will be shot on sight, no questions asked.

LOL, You're not being serious about the situation. Just ban the burka and for those who have a problem with it then they have to understand that they shouldn't be pandered to.

There is a double standards with the Cross and the Burka.

Nope, I feel exactly the same for someone wearing a cross, yarmulke, or any other religious based symbol. If you choose to ban one, all must be banned...period.

They'll regret it after they start finding students belly up in the streets with shuriken two inches deep in their skulls.

Those don't cover the face, if there are Christians covering their faces then I am against that as well and have no problem with banning them.
