Maybe if they pay this guy a couple hundred grand they will be smart enough to evict the bigots.

And there's no way that dude was so distressed that he needed medical help. When you see a little addition like that you wonder if the guy wasn't just waiting for an opportunity like this to squeeze some dough out of someone.

They could very well remove them from their hotel. As long as it isn't based on race, sex, religion, they had every right to stop serving them and ask them to leave.

personally, if i were the hotel manager, i would tell their racist asses to do business elsewhere, but i still don't see how anyone is legally in the wrong...

That said, the hotel manager is stupid for granting this racist family their request. That had to know something bad would come of it.

What everyone seems to be missing here is This happened at the Ritz Carlton.... i'd bet anything that the 'family' in question is probably a very wealthy British family... Hotels like that cater, and basically kiss ass, to any wealthy client.

The manager saying no? that's like the manager saying no to a request from the White House. It's not gonna happen.
