bsod because of o/c??

I recently posted my config with an E4300 in the OC thread, I am getting 3.33ghz at 1.45V.
I benched a little and it was stable, in fact I can play games without problem. BUT I get random BSOD sometimes in game or even in deskopt... and at first I didnt think it was due to my OC, I updated all the drivers but still getting BSOD.

Then I tried lowering my OC to 3ghz and no more bsod.. So I am asking you guys what could be the problem? Its not the temps because I have a Freezer 7 Pro idling at 28C and 46C full.
Im guessing there is a low voltage somewhere causing instability at long term??

WOAH that much voltage to hit 3.33ghz? 4300 is a 8x multiplier right? what's your fsb?seems really high voltage? did you try raising your northbridge voltage? maybe it's your ram?

Loosen you memory timings and then go back to where you were and see if it continues. Your core voltage does seem high considering the level of OC you have.

I got the earliest proc in E4XXX series, its an L2 stepping and they need more voltage than the E4400 or E4500 (M0) stepping..

I am at 9x370.

My ram is crucial ballistix 6400 and its running at 900mhz 5-5-5-15 +0.3V in gigabyte bios (2.1V in Everest).

I got +0.1V on the NB and +0.1V on the FSB.

Thats why Im kinda confused with the random bsod that happens only after some time...
