A friend of mine has a Dell XPS 720. He said it was having random BSOD's etc. I told him to check the error logs and see what the cause was, if it was driver related, do some updating. Well I am not sure what he saw in the log, but he apparently went to Dell's website and updated every driver on there. Now when the machine boots it BSOD's immediately with BAD POOL CALLER. And if you try to boot safe mode or any similar options it gets to the blue gui screen that says Windows XP but freezes there. I was going to try a MSDART disk or Spotmau, but it appears that he has 3 hard drives, a 750GB OS drive, and a mirror array, but Windows XP or DART or etc need RAID drivers, I tried feeding the ones off Dell's website into it via floppy, it sees em, says it loads em, then a few mins later errors stating it cant find nvdraid.sys Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, he DOES NOT want to F&R he has old photo editing programs and things on there he is used to and cant find anymore
