Budget upgrade around an i5-3570

Hi,
I just found a used i5-3[4]70 from a very new Amazon storefront for $55 shipped (2 more in stock right now if anyone else wants to roll the dice on a cheap 4-year old CPU) . Assuming it actually shows up in 'like new' condition, I need a new motherboard, RAM, and cooler.

I'm currently looking at an Intel H61, Cooler Master T4, and an 8GB stick of DDR3.

I've always bought retail CPUs in the past and stuck with stock coolers. Would I have any trouble mounting this T4 on this m-atx motherboard? Are there any better options or possible problems I'm missing?

I'm sure it would be fine. But I would go with 16 GB instead of 8GB of memory.

Tower-style HSFs might not quite fit in some small minitower cases. Otherwise, yeah, nothing wrong with that plan.

I'll second the note above about 16GB vs. 8GB of RAM, but budgets are budgets. If you're not gaming it'll likely be fine.
