Wow, i literally got in by 2 minutes. Its OOS again.
Edit: Looks like its back in?
And now back out?
And I'm quitting editing as to in stock or out.........they bounce in and out over several days then disappear for a week, then in and out, then disappear.
I give up on that!!!
haha, I see what you mean. When was this first available? Did you get yourself a pair? Apparently on HardOCP someone said they only had 20 pairs to begin with on this shipment...

Finally ordered these sticks - after a few weeks, Newegg had basically sold every stick to you guys !! - time was on my side on this one, as I still need to pick up a C2D when they drop in price, so I'm glad I got these to pair up with that chip. Anyone running these sticks on a Gigabyte 965 rev 3.3 board ?

I basically game and internet browse. I'm not sure if I want to upgrade to Vista or not.

OOS. Has anyone who's gotten these sticks from Newegg received Elpidia chips?

Snatch one fast, these will run out soon. My order shipped today from Tennessee, even though I live in California. I guess the CA warehouse had none?

I don't know if anyone, other than yourself, can answer that question.
I do believe, and it's probably misguided, that RAM prices for performance DDR2 are probably close to the lowest they'll get....if $10 or so in price drop is significant enough to make you wait, cool.
But standard DDR2 is runing, right now, at roughly $65 per GB. Performance is a bit more. Looking at the RTPE on AT, the prices, over the last 5-6 months, are around their lowest point right now.
These will cohabitate with the DDR2-8000 Buffalo sticks you already have.....both sets will be limited, in OC'ing, to the limit these will run, not the 8000's.
As of 3/6 @ 8:53AM, there are 12 sets left.
