Build advice needed $1,600 budget

I need to do a new build. I need a CPU, Motherboard, SSD (1tb), Hard drive (4tb), Video card, Power supply, RAM. My budget is $1,600 I will NOT be overclocking and this build has to last for 6+ years. Reliability is a big deal in my case. I can't afford to dump money into builds every 2-3 years. My current rig is 6 years old.

The 2070 is roughly the same performance as the 1080. The 2080 is faster but I'm not sure it's worth 300$ more. SSD's make a system really nice to use and the one's I selected are excellent value for money. They also have a reliability advantage over HDD's due to have no moving parts.

What is wrong with a 2TB SSD?

LOL! Nothing is wrong with an SSD, I just need more storage for lots of videos and games. I currently have a 2TB storage HDD that's over half full, and new games aren't getting any smaller. My current OS drive is a 256g SSD that I use for whatever game I'm playing at any given time. As a 50 year old that has been PC gaming since the 1980's, SSD's were amazing when they came out. To hit the power button and logging on to Window 7 in around 8 seconds was mind boggling!

I just had a quick look at HDD prices. You could get a 6TB WD black drive for the same price as the 2TB 660p if you wanted too. The SSD would most likely outlive the HDD though.
