Build Input Needed

I Will be using it for gaming mostly, Starcraft 2, Crysis, etc etc.
I already have a Monitor, crappy 17"CRT, Hard drive, CD drive.
Only thing I really haven't settled down to two choices is Motherboards, besides planning on doing a little bit of OC'ing, and wanting a PCI-E, I really don't know the actual differences besides peoples suggestions. Any other you can think of for around the price would be helpful.
I want to keep it under 750$ after tax and shipping, silly CA and Newegg >< More I can shave off the sooner I can get a decent LCD.

Windows Vista Home Premium. 32 bit probably, any reason to bump up to 64bit? I can do that later right?

DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND SHOP EBAY FOR YOUR PROCESSOR.

For the same amount of money you could get a E6750 with a higher clock speed, more L2 cache, and a higher FSB speed. You could also get the same E7200processor you are looking at for around $20 cheaper at auction.

You shouldn't go too cheap on the power supply. Think about where you want your machine if it was fully upgraded and buy that power supply. If you ever do want xfire, my 3870x2 took one 6 pin pcie and one 8 pin pcie. You could, and I did, run it with 2 6 pin pcie, but it disabled some overclocking features. If you want two of them, you need 4 pcie cables and the juice to run them. Even the 8800gtx and the 9800x2 require two connectors each. Newegg has this awesome feature to sort power supplies by the pcie connectors. I find it a great way to shop. My preliminary research says you will have to throw a few more $ at though. $89 too rich?

Also, I have bought and sold numerous processors on ebay (like 10 or more?) and I have never had a problem. Just check out the person you are buying from's feedback and its usually all good.
