Hi, I just want to say I know "google is my friend" but I need someone to explain to me in english. I am pretty new to building computers but here goes. I am planning on building a budget to moderate costing computer. So far I have chosen a few things but I need help on choosing a video card and Power supply that will fit my budget and will not cause the rest of the system to be a bottle neck. Also I would like you to know that I WILL NOT BE OVERCLOCKING at all. I now have around 400 dollars to spend on the Power supply and video cards. Give or take a few dollars. I have picked the Gigabyte GTX 260 for a video card and the Cooler Master 600M for the PSU. I do not have any idea if those are good choices. I also noticed people using 2 or 3 video cards these days. Would it be a waste not to be using 2 video cards? Also would 2 less quality video cards perform better than 1 nice video card? Would the motherboard I have chosen support 2? I would also like the video card suggestion to be geforce, because I am used to them. I would also like suggestions on the Memory and PSU and was wondering if I can buy something cheaper because I will not be over clocking. If I can save money on other areas I can add it to my video card budget.

I don't know about you but I think the GTX 260 are very overpriced right now. They used to be around $130 when on sale half a year ago. If you're firm on sticking with nVidia, maybe you should wait a month to see what their newest cards will be like, price and performance wise. Right now it is a bad time to get any nVidia card.

The PSU looks good, but I think some people prefer the Corsair 650TX. Either way both PSUs look very solid.

You may want to get a faster HD like the WD Black series or the Seagate 7200.12 series as your OS drive. The 1.5TB drive you picked out is meant for storage, it performs a bit slower than other 7200RPM drives.

First, all of your links are posted wrong and don't work.

Second, get an i5-750 and an even cheaper socket 1156 mobo. Put the extra $ into graphics. I don't really have a recommendation, but I know there's at least a few really good ones. I think that Asrock X58 extreme one is a really good deal if you decide to stay with 1366.

With the money saved you should be able to get an HD5850 which is a much better value than a GTX260
