Building a barebones...suggestions??

Hello all,
I'm currently considering assembling a new barebones PC from Mwave.com. My price limit is about $300. :-\
Anyway, the only components I need are:
Case
Motherboard
CPU
RAM

I have everything else in my current rig, and will swap it out. I'm thinking of going with AMD, as Intel is still a little too pricey for me. Remember, i need this to come out at really no more than $300. I'm currently looking at a Athlon XP 2000 and an Epox 8RDA. Is that a good motherboard?
I'm open to all suggestions and would very much appreciate any input. Thanks!

AMD 1700+ ~60$
2x 256 Crucial PC2700 (~90) (www.crucial.com)

That leaves you about 60 for a case

It comes with a 300w supply which by my point of view is enough, but don't flame me for this because I know others will say something higher.

That leaves you with some more money for the cpu.
