If the system isn't drawing all that much power, it should be. If you can get by with a relatively slow CPU and you use integrated graphics, total power draw should be well under 100W.

Maaaaaybbbeee, but I wouldn't want those limitations. And even if I had that tame of a rig, I still wouldn't feel good about no exit fans except for the PSU's. I'd have left the rear exit fan in place and put that intake vent hose on the side of the machine or something. Whatever ... to each his own, as they say.

I love those pictures of the mobos about halfway down the page on the right side. Where was that "without" picture taken -- a desert in Iraq in a sandstorm? Looks like just a bit of exaggerated advertising to me.

Sure you'll need a little imagination for this one.
If you want active air cooling, then what you need is what some people have said: positive pressurr inside the case, with a filtered single air input. That way all the other case vents will exhaust air.
Watercooling would not be a good option imho, since you don't only have to cool the cpu. Many components can have problems with dust-caused overheating.
Another options would be to go 100% passive. I believe zalman has a 100% passive cooling computer case, but it is like very costly.
