Building a new computer, your thoughts?

Hey all,

I would like to upgrade my computer, and ive come up with my list your thoughts are welcomed

Asus P4T533-C Motherboard
Intel Pentium 4 2.26 GHZ Northwood 512K
Kingston KVR1066X16-8/256 Rambus 256MB Non-Ecc (Getting two of these for a total of 512mb)
Western Digital "Special Edition" 120 GB Hard Drive
Toshiba Internal DVD Rom 16x DVD 48x CD Rom Drive
Enermax 350W Power Supply (Dual Fans)
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy (OEM)
Logitech THX Z560 4.1 Surround Sound System
Visiontek Xtasy GeForce Ti4600 Video Card
Logitech Mouseman Dual Optical - Twin Optical Sensors Mouse

Was wondering if this will be a good system to build, and will it last me awhile? a year or so? .... will this be a decent gaming system?

I am upgrading from a pentium 3 600 mhz with a voodoo3 card
