Yeah, that's pretty hot! Since you have a good cooler I would check two things:

(a) make sure your cooler is mounted securely with even pressure across all 4 corners.
(b) try lowering the voltage on your CPU. Keep your clock speed fixed, but then drop the voltage until it starts to crash, then bump it back up a little.

yea i think i found the problem. I didn't install the cooler right, so I'm going to do that in the morning.

My fan's weren't working on my cooler. I unplugged everything and redid it, and now the fans work, and so far so good. I ran intelburntest at maximum load for 5 times and it ran fine, got up to 68ºC so I figure thats good.

haha Alright, I'll try and get some up in a bit. I still crashed when I was playing BF BC2 but the CPU is no longer running hot. I don't know if I have a driver I'm missing, or what the problem is =/

What kind of crash? Crash to desktop, BSOD, power off?

Apparently a lot of ppl are having this same issue with BF BC2. Maybe its not my PC afterall.

Ya, I've narrowed it down to their punkbuster program. If I go on a server that uses it, I crash after 10-20 mins. I played today on a non punkbuster for about an hour today and no crash. So I'll write it off as that if I don't see it again =P
