Building a new system

So I'm building another new system and thought I'd see what you guys think about it.

Case- Antec 900
PSU- Corsair 550vx
Motherboard- Asus p5n32-e SLI
Memory- 4gb Corsair Dominator pc-6400
Video Card- Diamond 4870 1gb
CPU- Q6600
Heatsink- Zalman 9700
Hard drive- Maxtor sata 500gb
Optic Drive- Lite on DVD-RW

Anything you would change or do different?

HD: Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
HSF: Something else for it's price, maybe Xigmatek HDT-S1283 for $19.99 after mail in rebate

Best advice I ever got is that RAM is a bit overpriced. Look into some G.Skill or Mushkin with similar timings, you'll probably pay less

Oh right, I didn't notice the Dominator part of it. If he already has it, use it. Otherwise, yeah G.Skill DDR2-800 is selling for like $59.99 on newegg or DDR2-1000 is selling for $67.99. Corsair also has a DDR2-800 one selling for $44.99 after rebate or something. Unless you're overclocking heavily, it's not needed. DDR2-800 can overclock decently, and the DDR2-1000 will give you a little bit more leeway.

I'd probably change motherboard, CPU, RAM, hard drive and case.

The memory is only $29 after rebate on the egg. So I went with it at that price.

I have the motherboard, cpu, psu already.

I've heard the 4870's are power hogs. Will corsair 550vx have enough power with everything I'm running?

What cases have good air flow? I have the 900 but its running another machine so I can just get anouther one. The only requirement is that it doesnt have a lot of plastic. I HATE plastic on my cases.

Yes if money was no object sure i'll get it. I guess I should have been more clear. But no biggie.

Honestly I have everything but the 4870. I wanted to see if it was enough machine to be stable.

I have two of the p5n32-e boards and one went bad. RMA'd it back and wanted to build a good machine out of it.

To me it seems like it should be good and stable. But that what i thought about it the last time i built it and it was a nightmare.
