I am building a new desktop and have selected some hardware, could someone tell me if the combination is good enough.

The components are:

Samsung Syncmaster 740n LCD Monitor (Current Part)
Cooler Master Thunder 450W 450 Watts PSU (Current Part)
MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Motherboard
AMD A10-5800K
WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Internal Hard Drive
Corsair DDR3 4 GB(1 x 4GB) PC RAM (CMV4GX3M1A1600C11)
Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus Mid Tower Cabinet

Moreover will my system overheat as the temperatures touch 45 degrees Celsius in my city during summers.
I will we using my pc for casual gaming like playing games like battlefield 4 in low settings for an hour or 2.

Please suggest hardware that is available in India. I will buy stuff from flipkart.com

Sorry people for not mentioning my budget earlier so my budget is no more than 25000 INR
And, i could use my integrated graphics card for a year or 2 then go and buy a GPU

you should link a shop where you are going to buy the stuff and your overall budget if you want good suggestions.

I agree. OP, please update your post with the answers to the questions posed in this thread. Ejjpi's build is a good starting point, but we don't really know if it's within your budget.

will it not work on the lowest settings?

Judging based on Battlefield 3 numbers, it will be playable on an APU at all low, but not great. You're basically looking at the last-gen (360, PS3) console experience.

Phenom II X2 560 Rs. 4700
GA-78LMT-S2 Rs. 3000
Corsair DDR3 4GB Rs. 2400
XFX Radeon 7770 Rs. 8000
Samsung F3 500GB Rs. 3400
Cooler Master K281 Rs. 3300 - may be better to buy the case locally
Total: Rs. 24800

You can potentially unlock the 3rd and/or 4th core on the Phenom II X2 in order to get a true quad core. That'll plus the 7770 will outperform the APU.

It'd be a disappointing experience playing BF4 with an iGPU

This is the best system you can get in your budget at the moment. If you can stretch your busget a little and get an FX - 6300 with this system, it'd be the best.

I am on a tight budget so can't buy 650.
And don't you think my system will overheat as the temperatures touch 45 in my city during summers?

Don't worry about the temps.. Just have 2 fans for inlet and 2 for outlet (Tape AC filter cloth (loose knitted nylon mesh) in front of the inlet fans, on the inside of your cabinet, so that it doesn't fill your cabinet with dust)

What you need to play games:

1. 4 or more core CPU - Will suggest AMD for cost benefits
2. 4GB DDR3 - It's Cheap
3. New 400-450 Watt PSU - Should be 80+ efficient - You can get Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, Cooler Master, Tagan... [ Also, you can return the PSU that comes bundled with the Cabinet and get some money back]
4. GPU - Atleast HD 7750 (DDR5) or HD 7770 (better and costs less than 650)
5. Put least amount of cash in your Motherboard. Fast CPU + GPU + RAM is required...

can i buy any cheap cabinet?

You mean a case? I've used a cheap Gigabyte case that lasted for years. The only issue I've found with some cases is if some cords inside are not long enough to reach your front panel. I believe some extensions are available though I don't know where. Actually, if a front panel audio connector isn't plugged in, it's not the end of the world for me since I usually use the headphone jack on my Creative T12 speakers anyway.

I wouldn't go too cheap on a power supply though. There are some reviews on johnnyguru. The last PSU I bought was a Seasonic S12II 520 watt(with excellent reviews).
