I'll be building a box for the Adire Shiva subwoofer for use in my 91 CRX. I've been educated on pilot holes and countersinking, now it's time for MDF bonding. Most people have said to use liquid nails to temporarily bond the MDF, then drill the pilot/countersink holes, proceed to fill THOSE holes with liquid nails, then finally drilling the screws into those holes. After that, seal the corners with silicone?
Some even added that i should line the inside of the box with a certain substance, but i can't remember what it was, does anyone know?
If you're interested, i'll be building the 25.5 liter box found Here on Page 13.
