Well, are you never planning to add another GPU in SLI? Because if you are, then the PSU won't suffice IMO.
The 970's only a 165w part.
In the Anandtech Review of the 970, total system load power consumption was only ~300w. Adding another 970 on top of that is still well within the capabilities of a decent 850w PSU.
@OP: everything there is a reasonable part selection, assuming you want an overclocked gaming rig. I happen to be a Toshiba fanboy, and there are other things I could quibble about, but nothing important.
If you're more of a tech enthusiast and not just a gamer, I'd lean towards a build with 16GB of RAM. You might have a reason to tinker with VMs or something, and then it'd come in handy.
