building HTPC on a budget

hi guys,
i'm trying to build a htpc to be used with my 60" plasma.
it will also be connected to audio distribution for the house. it will also function as dvd and bluray player.
It will also be used to play Rfactor.

will this setup be sufficient?
MOTHERBOARD - XFX MG63Mi7159 LGA 775 NVIDIA GeForce 7150 / nForce 630i HDMI Micro ATX Intel
(i picked this MB because of the HDMI output.)

CASE - Linkworld Black body/ Silver strip Steel 6280-01 Micro ATX Media Center / HTPC internal 400Watt PSU
CPU - Q6400
500GB HDD
onboard Graphic Card
onboard sound card.

what are your thoughts?

heh.. go with a P45 board, G.Skill 4GB, e8400, WD6400AAKS, HD4670 and look for a better case (highly doubt that PSU is worth a damn)
