Looks okay, but not a fan of Xion PSU's. Not sure if I'd spend $130 on a PSU when a $60-100 one would be just fine. I'd recommend the Corsiar 650tx for your build. It's usually going for $100 - $20 MIR = $80 and would do just fine for what you have proposed.

What is your budget?
What is the purpose of the build? Gaming, is what I'd assume, but need to know for sure.

sorry forgot to add that the use for the machine will be for gaming and on a budget of $1,500 . Do you think the Corsiar 650tx will be enough power? The graphics card requirements is 650 Watt / 8-pin connector.

600W is plenty of power for most current systems. You could also do 2x 4890s for nearly the same performance and save a bit of money.

However, you could get the higher powersupply if ever you have a crazy idea to SLI 295s or similar cards.

Other than that, not much wrong with your system. And this is a personal thing, but I'd get a better case for a rig like that... but then your budget goes up.

I'd have to agree on the case. I don't know if that case will fit a 295gtx?? I'd opt for at least a Cooler Master 690 case w/at least the Corsair 650tx that I suggested earlier. Personally I'd save $300 and just get a 4890. Use the $300 for a better case (~$40 difference) and save the $260 later for a GPU upgrade in 12-24 months. Whatever comes out then will be better than the 295gtx, but it's up to you. The big problem when you go SLI/X-fire is that the added space/heat/power needed to run them. Not all games take advantage of SLI/X-fire either, but IMHO a single GPU solution is the best way to go.

I'm assuming you have an OS and a DVD drive already for this build? If not, than I'd recommend a 64 bit OS, whether it be Vista Home Premium 64bit or Windows 7 64 bit.
