Building system for my dad: AD11 good idea? (8k7a out of stock @ newegg)

Hey,
I'm about to order parts for a new t-bird 1.4ghz system for my dad. I figured i'd get him the epox 8k7a motherboard, because i'm very satisfied with mine but it's not in stock at newegg.com which is here I'll be getting the system from, and he needs this system soon. He doesn't need the overclocking features of the Epox.. what he's looking for is a stable, reasonable priced, and fast DDR board based on the 761 or SiS 735 chipset. So would the FIC AD11 be a good idea? The only other choice meeting the above criteria (and in stock at newegg) is the MSI K7Master. Which do you recommend?

His machine will never be overclocked, and he does not 3d graphics either. However he is a programmer so he does need a fast machine. So I'll ask this here too, even if it's the wrong forum (sorry ).. what dirt cheap graphics card would you recommend for strictly 2d business apps at 1280x1024 and 75+Hz? Currently I'm set on the Leadtek Geforce2 MX 200 32mb which is about $50.

why not get the ECS K7S5A?

For stability, the 2 most stable boards in my opinion, non-oced are K7 Master and the Asus A7M266. I'd go with either, preferably if u can afford it A7M266. Oh and about the vid card, forget the MX. I'd go with a Matrox G450, it has the best 2D quality and performance, plus it has Dual Monitor support to boost.
