I'm trying to learn not to eat "fast food" anymore. Did you know they specifically make the food with high fat and tastes to make you want to keep eating the $hit the rest of your life? All that marketing to young children, tempting them with toys to eat their food. Oh yes, they want customer loyalty early. It's the next "war on drugs" except now it's a "war on food" for me anyway.

Norfolk, Va. - PETA's "Murder King" Campaign, which has involved provocative ads, celebrity support from Alec Baldwin, James Cromwell, and Richard Pryor, and more than 800 protests at Burger King restaurants worldwide, has been called off following the fast-food giant's announcement today that it will exceed the animal welfare standards that PETA negotiated with McDonald's last year after similar protests. PETA is now eyeing other chains, such as Wendy's, as possible targets for animal welfare improvements.

The deal is good in North Louisiana and East Texas. I am not sure about South Louisiana as I havent watched much TV since I got back down here.

The Mcdonalds by my house has Big Macs for 99 cents now... probably to counter the 2 for 2 dollar King Supreme. I'd take the Big Mac though
Oh, and Jack in the Box tacos are better than BK's (i've burned many a finger making those tacos when i worked at Jack )

hope they do that in the bay area. i havent had a big mac since way back when they had the 2 for $2.. and that was a long time ago.. i usually get the 2 cheeseburger meal..
