I happen to agree that the fastfood is bad for you & eating in moderation is fine. Just don't feel the need to invade/hijack a thread. Smokers are addicted, while fast food junkies are not...I'd hope....however, I agree. So many people smoke, and it is so horrendous for their health and those around them. Plus, it makes you smell like ash. Everything in your house smells like ash, even if you smoke outside. The smell just permeates everywhere somehow. Yet, they continue to do it, and many don't even try to quit.

As far as eating fast food killing you sooner...that's a good thing. We need to curb the overpopulation of this planet, because we're sure not colonizing other ones anytime soon and we're running out of room. Besides, does it matter to you if you only live to be 80 instead of 90? IMO (and I know many will disagree), there is no point in living to be that old. Shoot me when I hit 70.

Flaw #1.
The guy went from a steady workout routine, to not working out at all. He also changed his daily habits to become a very lazy person. Anyone who does and maintains their current diet this will gain weight.

Flaw #2.
Instead of eating until he was full, he kept eating until he felt like puking. Most people I know who supersize their meals, do not finish everything. Usually some of the frys and maybe other stuff gets tossed in the trash. (This was when supersize was super big. Now mcd's downsized their portions, so supersize doesnt seem that big anymore)

Jealous, not really. Have similar stats on my comp. Again don't choose to display 'em (have other things better to do like going out & getting some, and making $$$). Notice my # of posts and how long I've been a member (got a life outside of here, you're catchin up on me & have only been here 3 months)
