Burner Question

Here is a question for anyone who has or knows someone with a higher speed burner like anything over a 24x burner. I know the tech behind how they burn at that speed, like they burn a section at 20x then go to 24 then to 32x for the last (in a 32x burner for example) my question is how seemless does seem on items you burn. More specificaly on VCDs. Planning on burning alot of VCDs. so i was wondering if its a good idea to burn at 24x or 32x, or stick back to the last speed which burned the whole cd at a constant speed like 16x

I have a 32X burner with burn-proof. I use Nero to burn it. Whether it's changing the burning speed or not, I don't know but I've been burning some SVCDs (I ripped from DVDs) without any problem as well as converting MP3 musick to audio musik on-the-fly in around 5 min for an 80min CD.

Reading some of the CDR reivews on StorageReview.com might yield an answer. A friend told me this site has some good CDR related info and reviews that might help but I don't know as I've yet to explore this site myself. Hope one of these links help!

This SIte: VCDHelp! has EVERYTHING you could possibly ever want to know about burning vcds. I quit burning vcds long ago for SVCDs and now I just use a TV-out.
