A mostly accurate test: you should be able to read the disc from Windows afterwards and see files and folders there. If you just see one, big file, then you didn't choose the "burn image" option like you were supposed to.
Then just burn however you usually burn files. An ISO is basically an ISO. Worst that happens is that the file name gets funked up, but RPM doesn't care about that.
