Burning hot! tdk 24x burner for $57 at BB, no rebates!

Hi:
I had a Cendyne 6 x 4 x 32 drive that for some reason never worked right. I got Nero 5 with it as well as a software called InCD which formats CDRW's into a special format that you can use them like diskettes-dragging, pasting and copying files from the hard dirve to CDRW's. Does this drive come with these things?? ( I never opened mine yet. Waiting for someone to come and install me. )
If not, can I use this software with my new drive? the TDK 24 x ?

I have the TDK 12x/10x/32x and it came with Nero 5.0 which i upgraded to 5.5 , it also came with INCD software which formats a CD-RW so you can drag and drop files to it, just like a hard drive.

If the TDK 24x doesn't come with NERO and INCD (I'm sure it does) you can certainly install it.

BB rebate is pretty good.
So is TDK's.
I got my BB $20 and TDK $50 2 weeks ago, making my 24X -$6.
