Does burning a music CD at high speed (8x or higher) have any effect on the music being burned. A friend of mine says that burning at anything higher than 4x leads to bad sounding audio when you replay the CD and that some cd players have trouble or won't play discs burned at the higher speeds. Another friend of mine stated that what speed you burn at is irrelevant.
