Yes, he did, and so did Clinton, and the Bush before him. We've been getting hundreds, if not thousands, of warnings like it for several years, and none of this is "news". The FBI and other government officials have been admitting since 9/12 that they receive lots of information about potential threats.

Here's the difficulty with doing anything about it: Let us suppose I'm going to blow up a building, but you don't know who "I" am. Ok, now its up to you to guess which of the 30 million "buildings" I'm going to blow up...and when. Ready? Go.

The 'plan' you're talking about, which was disclosed during the trial of the suspected World Trade Center bombers, involved airliners that were to be hijacked in OTHER COUNTRIES then flown to the United States and 'used as missiles'. Remember when NORAD, the FAA, and other military officials claimed they thought the threat would come from OUTSIDE the United States, which is why all dedicated NORAD radar sites were pointed 'outward' to track international flights instead of 'inward' to track domestic flights? Yeah, that's because the best intelligence strongly indicated the hijacked airliners would be INTERNATIONAL flights originating from ANOTHER COUNTRY.

Other than that, you're not telling anything that hasn't already been public knowledge since the attacks.

Yup, they likely knew HiJacking's were likely to take place, but most hijackings are rather harmless(ish). Airport security could have been improved and what not, but hindsight is always 20/20.
