Democrats and Republicans being disassembled would be great.

Whats worse, Bush getting elected, or the dems failing to find a single candidate out of about 100 million eligible citizens to beat him?

I think the reps are up a point for at least getting something done.

Getting something done???

Let me clue you in on something, Train, contrary to Bush's "mandate" claims and the ridiculous notion he spouted about the election vindicating all his actions, with Bush "winning," "getting something done" is a negative accomplishment.

It's just too damn easy. Every time this jackhole opens his mouth, something incredibly stupid is going to flow out, I just hope it's not going to be dangerous as well. I want my last 6 years back.

I love how our politicians, even the slick ones, misspeak.

"It's a heck of a place to bring your family." ?George W. Bush, on New Orleans, New Orleans, La., Jan. 12, 2006
My family loved it. Obviously it is not a vacation spot at the moment. Is it funny because it may not be a vacation spot in the future because of the new color limitation espoused by the Mayor?

"You took an oath to defend our flag and our freedom, and you kept that oath underseas and under fire." ?George W. Bush, addressing war veterans, Washington, D.C., Jan. 10, 2006
I get this one! ROFL. You are right. So many, including a past President and Vice-President took the oath and refused to uphold the oath but then we expect others to uphold their oaths. That is funny.

Good, a President with a sense of humor. So many go into a hospital and go awwwww, poor thing... does it hurt? You sure were lucky! Laughter really is the best medicine.

Ok, now I'm getting confused. These don't seem to be 'isms.

In fact. These were all either good humor or proper comments. Please, post 'isms instead. Then we will have something to laugh at.

www.dubyaspeak.com There's a few thousand of them there. Have fun. Personally I think dumbya, dead-eye dickie, dumbsfeld and kindasleezy should be at Walter Reed changing dressings, emptying bedpans, changing beds for soldiers they sent over there with their lies and deceit.
Jesus, the apologists just won't stop. If you think dumbya is slick.. damn, you must stare at mayonaise jars for fun.

No kidding.

Complaining of a cut from a cedar tree in front of limbless soldiers? The Propagandist never lost his a$$hole frat-boy ways (it runs in the family all the way back to Prescott)

I prefer the logic that if you can't do something right, don't do it at all. If I have a problem with my car, I'd rather the mechanic admit he can't fix it than start my car on fire trying.

In fact, that's the main reason I now prefer Dems to Republicans. I used to dislike the Dems for failing to get anything done, but 5 years of Bush have shown me that getting nothing done is preferable to making things even worse. This isn't 3rd grade, you don't get points for effort.

Yeah, it winds up translating to, "He's a good piece of ass."
Suddenly, relations with Luxembourg blossom.

Took me a little bit to find it - it was in sao123's sig long ago (thank you Google archives) :

From today's speech at Johns Hopkins:

"I believe they're bound -- these folks are bound by an ideology. I know that they have got desires. They say it. This is one of -- this is a different -- this is a war in which the enemy actually speaks out loud. You heard the letter I wrote -- read from -- they didn't speak out loud on this one, but nevertheless, it's a -- we've got to take their word seriously."

"Economic development provides hope. And so, you bet. It's an integral of our policy."

"And so we're in a world where everything is like supposed to happen that way."

"I've got a pretty good antennae. I'm able to -- see, I get a pretty good sense of how people are trending."

If every word you ever spoke or wrote down during every hour of every day were written down, who here among us wouldn't have these quotes being spouted out?

With that said, I think it is funny, and he definitely has some prize winning gaffs.
