You know, I work as a computer guy at my public library and I bust people doing this stuff from time to time. It stinks because like, you actually have to sit there and get a screen cap of them doing it and whatnot. So like, last week I had to sit there with my boss to get a screen cap of this dude watching gay pr0n. That was awkward to say the least.

Edit: Well, looking at pr0n, not masturbating. If they were doing that, they'd be out in a second. But like, we need 'evidence' of them watching stuff.

That is terrible stuff. My wife is a librarian and has to deal with issues like this from time to time unfortunately. The filters she has in place do a decent job, but she still has to kick people out regularly.

However, I absolutely hate that sort of reporting. The reporter was an ass, and was obviously trying to provoke a reaction in both the offender and his parents. Nothing like sensationalizing things to make the news. The whole report could have been conducted in an anonymous fashion, without the confrontational stuff, and when dealing with the parents there was nothing newsworthy there at all. IMO, reporters should be there to report news, not actively create it
