well, i would be upset at a person if i sat in their goo, but i wouldnt chase them and their family around with a camera, or want someone else to. I would still confront the guy though and speak some harsh words to him.
Not only is it disgusting it is dangerous. This man and people of his ilk are putting peoples health at risk. For that reason alone he deserves no sympathy, dignity or respect.
Same scenario only this time your kid has a cut on his/her hand and some of his spoo gets into the wound that is not quite healed and they contract hepatitis because although he exhibits no sypmtoms he is a carrier.
How much respect do you think he or other like him deserve then?
i would hope that most of these people at least have the decency to do their business without making a mess.
I going to assume that these people dont deliberately drop their spoo on the chair or the keyboard.
But lets think of it this way, if someone cut their leg, and it was bleeding through their pants, and they didnt notice and got some blood on the chair, and someone contracted some disease, we probably wouldnt be as harsh towards the person if blood was involved instead of semen.
If the SOB didn't want to be interviewed then maybe he should do it at home in the bathroom or the privacy of his bedroom. He did it at the library because of the thrill of doing it in public and although he may not escalate to something worse, the odds are against him....it may take a while but eventually he will progress.
there you go, assuming that he will become worse, and possibly a predator some day. i think im going to hold that same stereotype to any 25 year old dude that hasnt been laid. thats fair.

Will you be more observant the next time you go into your own library?
Oh yes, the same goes for people fvcking in public, how anyone in this day and age with Aids, hepatitis , menengitis or any other disease can actually think it's ok is beyond me. If you don't care for yourself at least think of the kids that are also in public.

if i recognized him, id probably try to avoid him for awhile. but you cant ostracize them forever. i might say hello if an appropriate situation arised (me walking past him on a desterted sidewalk, etc)
but id ask him about his hands first before shaking them, lol.
if he approached kids, id come over and stand there until he left, then later id ask my kids what happened.
if he approached my wife, id do the same.
observant in my library, hmmm, i kind of am. but its very hard for people to masturbate with the way my library is arranged. but i did see an old guy looking at porn one time, lol.
I'd be curious to see some statistics about people who have contracted diseases from ways other than intercourse, and how often that happens in public places.
