You didn't even read the link. The House Oversight Committee of which Cummins is a member made certain requests of Kushner which he chose not to honor. The Trump Admin has denied that the change violating that request even took place.
Of course the committee wants to hear from Kushner in person about that.

I think a matter of perspective is in order here. In Hillary's case, when comparing her long service record as a public servant and that one trumped up issue that the Repubs were able to rehash 33(?) times in hearings without finding anything criminal that they could hang around her neck to the Trump family's numerous nefarious and suspiciously criminal dealings that keep popping up around them in such a short period of time, it makes Hillary's record looks absolutely stellar when compared with the Trump's.

The overwhelming number of controversial issues that the Trump Clan have created due to their suspect business dealings and the way they have skirted and/or brushed aside the alarming number of conflict of interest incidents they have entangled themselves with and have yet to be resolved makes this email situation of Kushner's almost a non-issue for the Trumps whereas it was such a huge thing with Hillary simply for the fact that there wasn't much else the Repubs could gin up into a big to-do about.
