Yes, they are great, but how do you sneak them into the office restroom? Carry a backpack with you? That will look like you are camping in the stall. And I refuse to carry a fannypack.

A touch of lotion on top of cheap 1-ply TP works wonders in offices/hotels/etc...

Only do in on the first round or two of wiping. After that, very gently do an "extra" round that is just to remove any remaining excess lotion.

you were in a Marriott and they had crappy TP? Wow. I was at one in Halifax and felt like I was affiliated with the Queen of England or something.

Though I'm actually a fan of the cheaper patternless TP, it's usually stronger and there hairs don't get caught in the patterns, causing it to rip.

once a day.. maybe 5-7 wipes each.. would only be 35 or so wipes.

you shouldn't try to rub clean with single ply only do initial clean then damp down the second to final wipes with water ...cleans much better that way without sand papering your butthole to hell.

I use anything and everything. If it gets so bad that you actually experience discomfort, get some Aloe Vera and apply liberally. Yes, you have to stick your hand between your ass cheeks to do this. You will survive. If you feel a sudden burning sensation, don't be alarmed. Means the AV is doing it's job.

Also, you guys are wiping WAY too hard if you're getting the OP's kind of irritation. I generally wipe for about 5 seconds. 2-3 swipes is all it takes. The idea is to get rid of the remaining shit, not sterilize the area. If your shit is particulate, eat more fiber.
