You have to sign up for an account on bestbuy.com to get the promotion to work. I was unable to get one of the games to zero out until I did that. It's doesn't cost anything and they don't keep your payment information, so there shouldn't be any problems there.

Has anyone confirmed they changed it to the 30th? If so then I'll edit the topic to reflect this.

this isn't an extension, it's a separate (though the same) offer. so if you did it last week you can do it again.

The problem that I ran into was that I had to get 3 games that were the exact same price in my cart for it to work.

I also could only select Nintendo released games, and could not pick Lego Star Wars.

how long did your games take to get to you? when i was checking out i forgot that i'm leaving for NYC on thursday evening, so i didn't get faster shipping. games were (supposedly) shipped on monday, via some UPS-->USPS hybrid thing. tracking numbers don't pick up anything, though.

Still have not received my games - I picked the cheap shipping. I must have ordered 5 days ago.

Apparently mine is waiting at my P.O. Box, delivered yesterday. That is definitely a weird hybrid USPS/UPS thing they've got going on. BTW I ordered Metroid, Animal Crossing and AOE, and picked up the first 2 in-store, the 3rd was shipped. I may have another go-round since it's been renewed

It's not giving me the free game if I do Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon and Tetris DS. I guess I have to call Best Buy customer support or something...
